Homeostasis & Water

You are constantly (and automatically) responding to your environment. This positive/negative feedback helps to keep your internal conditions the same for your organs so you can survive and thrive. One of my favorite channels The Amoeba Sisters covers this well.

Now water is an amazing and weird thing. It is one of the Bare Necessities of Life and in behaves in some pretty incredible ways when compared to other molecules. Water's polarity and cohesion are are key to it's unique characteristics. Here's the Amoeba Sisters Properties of Water video.
