Here is the break down of how you'll be graded. 12 points come from your facts, 3 from (relevant) pictures, 3 from your sources, 3 from presenting and 4 from you Keynote's formatting.
There's no set slide limit, the goal is to have slides be full but not crowded. Also it is better to have one or two large pictures than a dozen tiny ones.
I don't give extra points for special effects or slide transitions so they are not needed, and if your effects distract from your presentation you can lose formatting points.
