Yeast and Onions

We're observing yeast and onion cells be cause they're good representatives of Plants and Fungi (and they're cheap). Yeast are actually quite small, so if you have trouble finding them here's some relaxing yeast video for you.

We look at onions because they're easier to peel into a sheet of single cells, and because there's a better chance to observe the Nucleus and Mitosis.
