For students who are in-person or have a reliable zoom connection we are going to watch the PBS Nature documentary on the movie Holy Cow. This explores the history of the domesticated cow around the world. Students will take the following multiple choice quiz and are expected to answer 12 of the 14 questions correctly.
If students can't zoom well or are going to use the time to catch up on late/missing assignments they will be excused from the movie quiz.
