Day 2: Sleep for your brain.

Whether or not you're sleeping in more as we work from home, the important thing is to get enough sleep, beyond just helping our mood (Do you sleep enough to banish unpleasant moods?) sleep does so much more for us. It's Okay to be Smart reviews why we need to sleep.

Yesterday we look at at how exercise can help you remember new things, but sleep also helps you make strong memories too. TED Ed shows us some of the important work your brain is doing during sleep.

Lastly SciShow Psych shows how sleep is an important time to clean (or flush) your brain.
