Day 10: DUST & ALLERGIES

It is the right time of year to talk about allergies, allergies are simply put, your immune system making a mistake. As TED Ed explains spring causes seasonal allergies because all of the pollen in the air is mistaken for a pathogen.

Some people are specifically allergic to substances they encounter year round. This is particularly had when the item is a food product. It's Okay to be Smart explores food allergies and how they can sometimes be deadly.
